The Staff Assistant will be located in our Research and Development Center in Whitehall, MI.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Communication Center lead, ensuring communications to employees and the plant are up-to-date
Weekly distribution of department calendar
Maintain plant training records, Quality Assurance records, and off-site/3 rd party record storage
Enter material requisitions, purchase orders, office supply orders, laboratory consumables, obtain quotes for supplies and other similar functions
Coordinate meetings, special events, travel and customer visits for the plant
Monitoring of visitors, visitor request and visitor records, including denied party screening
Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as required
