Job Description:

A growing Construction company is looking for Multiple Project Managers to handle varying projects. A successful candidate will be able to prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables; report on work progress and budget matters to clients. Project Managers will be responsible for the following:


Location: Remote, MUST BE IN CA


Pay: $40/hour + DOE


Hours: Varying, but must be comfortable working long workdays as there is high volume of projects


Travel: 10-20% to different projects across CA. Including Northern CA.



Responsibilities

• Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables


• Select appropriate construction methods and strategies


• Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to workers and other professionals


• Report on work progress and budget matters to clients


• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists


• Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite


• Respond to work delays and other problems and emergencies


• Manage change requests, and have a strong command on the resulting changes in scope, schedule, budget and approvals processes


• Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations

Requirements

• Microsoft Suite, MUST have experience with Monday.com


• Must have 5+ years of professional work experience in construction trades


• Education: AA/AS degree or higher, preferred to be in construction management


• Must consent to a criminal background and drug-screen
