Ultimate Staffing has a unique opportunity for a part-time Learning and Development Specialist in the Houston area. The position is a remote opportunity.



Objectives of this role

• Use core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learning
  
  


• Provide interactive activities and educational resources using Articulate 360, Storyline, and Rise
  
  


• Update existing instructional content and keep up to date
  
  


• Create stand-alone online courses for new topics
  
  

Skills and qualifications

• In-depth understanding of instructional design models and learning theories
  
  


• Ability to navigate learning management systems
  
  


• Proficiency in course development software specifically Articulate 360, Storyline, and Rise
  
  


• Basic understanding of HTML and Flash
  
  


• Strong organizational skills
