Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be a multitasking professional capable of handling various administrative tasks while also providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies procurement, maintenance of office equipment, and coordination of office cleaning services.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.

  • Greet visitors and provide a warm and professional welcome to clients, vendors, and other guests.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and catering arrangements.

  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and organizing employee engagement activities.

  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow across the organization.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
