Full Charge Bookkeeper at Roth Staffing Companies in Sacramento, California

Job Description:

To ensure success as a full charge bookkeeper, you will have advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting systems, excellent project management skills, and a good eye for detail.


Full Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities:


? Managing the full cycle of accounting activities for the company


? Processing accounts receivable, including job tracking, preparing invoices.


? Processing accounts payable, including job costing, progress billing


? Managing/processing payroll


? Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger, including accruals and deferrals


? Preparing quarterly financial statements.


Full Charge Bookkeeper Requirements:


? Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, plus 5 years of experience, OR 10+ years accounting experience


? Advanced knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks.


? Advanced knowledge of Excel


? Experience preparing financial statements


? Experience with manufacturing or construction and inventory preferred.


? Experience with commercial construction subcontracting preferred.


? Ability to work to strict deadlines.


? Attention to detail.


? Good communication skills.


$35-40 per hour doe
