Pay Range

$34,400.00-$47,300.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

Position Overview:

The Building Services Technician role is responsible for maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of the building and equipment. This includes conducting repairs, preventative maintenance, and performing office moves. Additionally, this role will be responsible for being a back-up for our mail room when required.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Assist with the physical moves of offices, workstations, desks, chairs, file cabinets and equipment.
• Accept and perform work as specified by Service Tickets.
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail/packages for Denver WHQ.
• Weigh and prepare outgoing mail and FedEx packages.

  Operate automatic postage machine.

  Prepare computer generated FedEx labels, paperwork, etc.

• Maintain conference rooms, office spaces, and gym facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and care to all employees at WHQ.
• May be required to work overtime as needed.
• May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in building services, maintenance or mailroom a plus.
• Fundamental computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook (Basic).
• Ability to operate standard office/mail room and moving equipment (Solid).
• May be required to lift, carry, push or pull up to and including 50 pounds.
• Minimal travel may be required (0 - 10 days per year).
• Work environment is typical of an office setting.
