Audience Acquisition: This critical role will successfully project manage, amend and execute an existing in-process audience acquisition strategy for impressive year-over-year growth, working cross-functionally within CrowdStrike and with key partners to drive attendance results across email, social, digital and web. You will also perform data-driven analysis throughout the campaign, adjusting strategy as-needed, and ensuring maximum registration-to-attendance conversion.
Event Communications: This role will execute not just pre-event external communications, but on-site communications as well via the mobile app, in attendee emails, and other areas as needed.
Registration Management: You’ll work with our existing reg vendor and internal teams to ensure proper integrations, reporting and smooth & secure registration experiences for all attendees pre-event and on-site.
Post Event Wrap Up: You’ll analyze successes and data-driven lessons learned, support the greater team in post-event promotions, and plan virtual event experiences to extend the event lifecycle and maximize the event investment.
Minimum of 10+ years successful event marketing experience with expertise in the strategic and tactical execution of audience acquisition and attendee communications
Clear understanding of the event marketing campaign hierarchy and lifecycle and how a well-choreographed campaign between email, digital, social and web can drive results
Exceptional project management, and time management skills – highly organized, detail focused, results-driven, and accountable with the ability to handle high pressure last-minute, urgent requests
Process-oriented execution plans – you will be working internally hand-in-hand with CrowdStrike teams using Adobe Workfront and other process solutions to keep projects on track
Experience in personalizing/targeting marketing content for multiple attendee types
Experience with event registration technology (preferentially Rainfocus), badge mapping, and attendee mobile app journeys
Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork across global cross-functional teams that are not under direct control
Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve and come up with solutions and recommendations.
Ability to work on multiple projects at once, set priorities, work independently, problem solve, improvise, and function as part of a team that must perform under pressure
Experience evaluating event performance, including data-driven post event analysis, de-briefs and wrap-up reports
Experience with fast-paced teams and driving substantial year-over-year growth
High energy, can-do personality and ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service and creativity in problem-solving
International (Europe) event marketing experience
