Responsibilities

Position Profile: Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Daily invoicing in Epicor, ensures certain aspects of information is correct before billing.

  2. Upload invoices into customer portals when needed or update PDF of invoices per customer instructions.

  3. Daily review aging to track collections and address in a timely manner aged invoices, missed invoices, short pays.

  4. Pull daily cash collections information from Banking software, prep the details for cash application.

  5. Manage destination shipment tracking to ensure invoicing is completed in a timely manner.

  6. Bi-weekly reporting to Corporate of aging balances and comments of aged buckets

  7. Month end reporting, J/E's and reconciliations pertaining to A/R accounts and related.

  8. Monthly reporting to Clemmons management for over 90.

  9. Involvement in year end and SOX audits for activity related to A/R.

  10. Excellent excel skills.

  11. Proactive outlook to resolves issues, escalates issues when necessary.

  12. Contributes to team effort by maintaining a positive outlook.

  13. Complies with all company policies and procedures, including safety requirements.

  14. Other duties assigned to ensure customer needs are met.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Experience requirement: At least an associate degree in accounting and/or 4 years' experience in a manufacturing setting of a public co with an integrated financial system.

Employee working characteristics: Immaculate attention to detail, committed to meeting deadlines even if it means working extra hours, great written and oral communication skills.

Physical Requirements: Work may require bending, lifting, reaching, and carrying up to 10 pounds; sitting seven (7) or more hours per day; and standing one (1) or more hours per day; the ability to hear, receive, and distribute information to all levels of staffing; the ability to handle interruptions; the ability to multi-task workloads; and, strong customer service orientation.

Relocation: Not available - onsite position

Travel:
Up to 10% travel.
