A rapidly growing financial institution is seeking a Capital Manager to expand their capital management team. The goal is to meet growth initiatives, aiming for $100 billion in assets under management (AUM). The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the bank's Capital Management Forecasting Plan and conducting Regulatory Stress testing.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the regulatory documentation process.
Serve as a subject expert on Bank Capital rules and requirements.
Run and review the bank's Capital Forecasting model.
Create, analyze, and author timely reports for senior management.
Manage audits and controls for the department.
Present analysis findings to senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of bank balance sheet experience, including capital forecasting, regulatory reporting (Reg Y-9C), Stress Testing (CCAR/DFAST), and deep knowledge of bank capital regulations.
Experience working collaboratively in a team and mentoring junior analysts.
Demonstrated proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, S&P Global Markets Intelligence, and Workiva.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Preferred expertise in bank accounting.
