This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As an Associate, Executive Recruitment, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Executive Recruitment team, you will report to a Director, Executive Recruitment, and will be responsible for candidate schedules, metrics, reporting, and the development of status reports for corporate executive-level searches.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:


  • Collaborate on executive candidate scheduling, create candidate agendas, plan candidate travel and amenities, and be on point for an outstanding and professional onsite candidate experience for all executive-level candidates.
  • Create weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual Executive Recruitment data reports.
  • Develop presentations, status reports, communications, and data associated with the executive-level recruiting process to support the business.
  • Track executive-level assessments and be familiar with the importance of working with confidential assignments.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Build strategic relationships with internal partners within Hilton and external candidates to provide a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Solve problems efficiently and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism, and integrity.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:


  • One (1) year of professional experience
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

It would be useful if you have:


  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Four (4) years of professional experience
  • Two (2) years of Recruiting Coordination
  • Experience in SharePoint Designer
