The job description includes, but is not limited to: data entry, helping customers - both subscribers and advertisers; posting payments to customer accounts; preparation of bank deposits; and coding and preparation for entry of accounts payable invoices.
The ideal candidate has a background working with accounts payable and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate can start and complete tasks with a minimum amount of supervision.
The ideal candidate follows procedures to the letter, but knows when to ask appropriate questions. The ideal candidate shows initiative by seeking additional work when their workload is complete for the day.
