Job Duties:

 

• Answer phone calls and emails concerning loans, scholarships, accounts

• Process mail and bank deposits

• Maintain correspondence on student accounts and finances

• Coordinate interviews and loan documentation for new Blosser loans to students

• Send applications to school counselors for Pack scholarship

• Review and process scholarship and loan applications for the trustees

• Conduct interviews for students 

• Process checks for loans, scholarships, payroll, monthly bills 

• Handle student past due collections 

• Pay quarterly and annual tax payments

• Prepare reconciliations for accountant for year-end tax returns 

• Prepare and submit financial statement to Probate Court 

• Maintain up to date website and face book page for business 

• Design brochures and advertisements 

• Keep records updated per retention list
