Job Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized treatment programs for residents/patients.


• Provide hands-on therapeutic activities and exercises to improve patients' mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and modify treatment plans based on patients' progress and goals.


• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment usage.


• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes.

• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) from an accredited program.


• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a COTA.


• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
