JACKSON COUNTY IS SEEKING APPLICANTS TO FILL AN UPCOMING VACANCY

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR / ADMINISTRATOR
OF VETERAN’S AFFAIRS

This position directs and coordinates Veteran assistance programs
throughout Jackson County in accordance with Chapter 35B of the
Code of Iowa including assisting Veterans, their widows, and their
eligible dependents in securing local, state, and federal benefits;
providing outreach services to Veterans, and serving as a Veteran
advocate in the community.
This is a 35-hour per week, full-time position
offering a salary range of $49,000 - $55,000 based
on qualifications and experience.
Candidates must be 18 years of age and have a high school
diploma, or equivalent and must possess a valid driver’s license.
