You will join a team developing state-of-the-art general-purpose robots designed to operate in human spaces and with human tools. It is designed to work alongside humans, mobilize to human spaces, and manipulate the world around it.
We're looking for an Inventory/Receiving Specialist to oversee and track Apptronik's parts and supplies, to ensure we have what we need to build our robots. This person will establish best practices and work cross functionally to ensure proper supply levels, accurate records, and a safe and organized space. They will also handle material movements through quality control and repair into inventory, kitting for our production builds, and be required to work within our ERP system.
Qualifications
Motivated, hard-working, experienced Inventory Control Professional to manage $3 Million-Plus diverse inventory
Demonstrate a "can do" "own the job" attitude
Own this inventory and take pride in accuracy
Excellent leadership, communication, computer and math skills
Solid technology and computer skills , specially exposure to some form of ERP system
1 to 2 years' experience within an electromechanical manufacturing organization
Self-starter who works well independently and with a team with outstanding ability to follow up with minimal direction by seeking answers and a focus on team success
Responsibilities
Review receiving receipts against POs for accuracy and place inventory in correct locations
Track inventory "in process" while in repair, testing, etc. to ensure it arrives in manufacturing or inventory as needed
Assist with determination of inventory supply analysis, shortages, overages, and anticipation to determine correct level of stock needed for specific long lead items
Assist in generating purchase orders, kitting, receiving, etc.
Inventory audits, cycle counts, and reporting as needed
Work with Microsoft Business Central to determine any high risks and help analyze initial counts that may fall out of tolerance
Assist in updating material part numbers or descriptions in PLM and ERP for accuracy
Perform kitting responsibilities for production as needed
