The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a RTR Global Process lead / expert (m/f/*) Intercompany, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:


  • Engaging with internal global stakeholders (Accounting, Compliance, Corporate Audit, etc.) to define global processes, controls and standards within the Global ERP (SAP) and other legacy systems.

  • Maintain connection and alignment with Product Owner (PO), facilitates issue resolution, deployed process optimization and post deployment enhancements.

  • Own RTR service portfolio and E2E process maps for ensuring process governance. Ensure E2E maps are governed and maintained. Facilitates process issue resolution and escalation.

  • Review and Approve RTR Hopper, review RTR features and prioritizes jointly with RTR CPO team.

  • Optimize global RTR activity in GSCs. Engage with GSC teams to ensure alignment between the GSCs for standard process understanding, enhancements and centralization initiatives. Works with GSCs and TTS on resolution of any non-system issues (training, resource constraints and change management).

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of E2E Process Knowledge, Business Finance, Accounting areas, Polaris, LSS and/or Audit experience in a private, public, government or military environment

OR
  • High School Diploma/GED from AND fourteen (14) years of E2E Process Knowledge, Business Finance, Accounting areas, Polaris, LSS and/or Audit experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:


  • Previous experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred

  • Experience with process development and/or business process redesign experience

  • Experience working with SAP

  • Detail oriented and enjoys working with global operational processes

  • Great communication skills

  • Self-starter

  • Financial statement analysis

  • Previous experience working with data quality, master data management and/or data governance within a global master data environment or familiarity working with Supply Chain processes and data, manufacturing or materials management preferred

Work location: Remote - United States

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
