Job Description:



The ERP Implementation Analyst is a key player in the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management ERP system, with a specific focus on Finance related business processes. This role involves leadership in understanding business requirements and configuring the system to meet these needs. The Analyst must partner with business stakeholders to enable change management and successful adoption of new enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities




Business Process and Gap Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of current supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions that leverage globally standardized solutions and built-in ERP software functionalities.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to prototype, define, and document optimized business processes on the new platform, and identify solution gaps that need to be addressed.

System Configuration and Customization:

• Configure, customize, and optimize ERP modules to align with Finance processes, including AP, AR, GL, Bank management, Fixed Assets, Budget planning and intercompany trade.

• Collaborate in design workshops with technical team resources to solve gaps with business process changes or customizations.

Data Migration:

• Oversee the preparation and migration of relevant finance data into the new ERP system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness throughout the process.

Solution Testing, UAT and Deployment:

• Prepare data and use system tools to model to-be processes and test solution customizations delivered by the technical team.


• Collaborate with key users to define and execute User Acceptance Testing scenarios, documenting validation of key system processes ahead of site go-live.

Training and Support:

• Develop and deliver training sessions for implementation site key-users and IT support team members on finance related business processes.


• Provide post go-live support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.

Continuous Improvement:

• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the finance function.


• Stay updated on latest trends, best practices, and updates related to Dynamics 365 ERP and finance.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and system work instruction procedures.


• Provide regular reporting to collaborate on key project activities.


• Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system developers.
  

Qualifications




Education Background:

• College diploma, university degree, or equivalent business experience in the field of business administration, computer science, finance, accounting, or management information systems.


• 3+ years related work experience.


• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics Certifications for Finance, Trade and Logistics or other area of Dynamics software specialization.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Experience with ERP implementation methodology as a consultant or as an end user.


• Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.


• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office.

Work Environment/Travel

• Ability to travel up to 25%


• Hybrid work environment, in office and home office
