The Position


The Global Product Planner- Pathology will be Responsible for the timely availability of products to all regional and central warehouse locations based on the agreed performance-goals Service Level Agreements. You will be responsible for the preparation and accuracy of the Supply Plan (based on the forecast input and statistical methods). As well as accuracy and continuous adjustment of master data (MRP) and is responsible for congestion management, allocations, batch reservations and avoid of impacts within the entire logistics chain.

 

The Opportunity:

· Accountable to ensure global product availability for a defined product portfolio including but not limited to availability at all regional and central warehouse locations

· Responsible for global product allocations in collaboration with other supply chain functions, regional functions, lifecycle teams and manufacturing/supplier

·  Responsible for the creation and accuracy of the supply planning based on global demand input, aligned with manufacturing/supplier capabilities including considerations around impact of product lifecycle.

·  You will liaise with functional leads and lifecycle teams to ensure product availability during launch and phase-out periods of products.

·  Accountable to set global safety levels for the defined product portfolio including but not limited to continuous monitoring thereof.

· You will provide robust recommendation to manufacturing/supplier on rough cut capacity planning (RCCP) and master production schedule (MPS)

·  Responsible for accuracy and continuous adjustment of master data (MRP)

·  You will participate in global initiatives across Diagnostics supply chain

 

Who You Are:

·   Bachelor degree

·   3 years in the environment of logistics, marketing or production, with an international focus

 

Relocation Benefits are not available for this position

 

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $76,700.00 - $142,500.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation that is calculated and paid in accordance with the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan for the role.
