Sr. Staff Accountant at CEIA USA in HUDSON, Ohio

Job Description:

The Senior Staff Accountant reports to the CFO and is responsible for serving as a team leader in the finance department. This position ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions and creates accurate and timely financial records for the organization. Salary is negotiable based on years of experience and knowledge.

This is a full-time on-site position in our Hudson, Ohio facility and is not eligible for remote work.

Minimum Qualifications and Prerequisites
Compliance and Thorough Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Understanding of the Statements of Financial Accounting Standards (SFAS) RulesResearch and Analyzation Skills, Collaboration Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, ConfidentialityCorporate Finance, Financial Software, General/Advanced Math/Quantitative SkillsMust be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Similar Programs.Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty.The individual will be expected to work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of his / her work product.The individual will work closely with all major functional leaders of the Company.5 or more years of professional related experience in accounting or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilitiesMS Dynamics Great Plains Experience Strongly PreferredAvalara Sales Tax preferredBS Degree in Accounting Required
