Purpose of Job: Supports the supervisory staff, employees, other departments/functions, facility needs and automation operations.
Job Duties:
Supervises and trains workforce.
Accurately completes documentation.
Completes Automation System Prep, Operation, Closeout.
Maintains all housekeeping.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Must be proficient in all aspects of the location’s warehouse automation system.
Must be able to seamlessly complete the duties and functions of the Warehouse Automation Systems Operators, Multi-Machine Operators, and Automation Forklift Operators.
Must be proficient with the warehouse automation system software and interfaces.
Must be able to backfill the supervisor as necessary.
Must be able to effectively train new employees.
Physical Requirements:
Frequently (34%-66%) required to lift up to 60 pounds.
Occasionally (0%-33%) required to sit, walk, and stand.
