Salary: $49.99 USD Hourly - $50.00 USD Hourly

Are you a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant seeking a flexible, remote position? If so, we want to hear from you!

• Extremely Flexible Schedule - Minimum of 30 assessments a month
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual home health assessments, including:


• Reviewing medical history


• Performing a focused physical examination


• Assessing mental and social needs


• Reconciling medications


• Taking vital signs (via patient self-monitoring or remote devices)


• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and order appropriate diagnostic testing (if necessary)


• Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and identify gaps in care


• Educate patients on their conditions, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices


• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes thoroughly and accurately


• Maintain a strong understanding of telehealth best practices and regulations

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted license in Oregon


• Telehealth Experience Preferred


• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and diagnostic skills


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills


• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms


• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
