Primary Responsibilities:

• 
  Coordinate and Facilitate Network Systems Engineering Support:
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations.
• 
  Support Cloud Infrastructure Teamwork:
  
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure.
• 
  Provide Network Support for Cisco Meraki Devices:
  
• Work in conjunction with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to maintain and optimize Cisco Meraki devices.
• 
  Systems Engineering and Project Management Expertise:
  
• Ensure exceptional performance by applying best practices in systems engineering and project management.
• 
  Innovative Solutions for Complex Problems:
  
• Develop creative systems engineering solutions, even when faced with limited or disparate information.
• 
  Support System Engineering Transition Requirements:
  
• Collaborate on large-scale systems and interfacing systems within complex network environments.
• 
  Implement Community Policies and Guidance:
  
• Align with information system requirements and transition planning.
• 
  Coordinate and Verify Systems Engineering Projects:
  
• Oversee projects across multiple environments.
• 
  Business Process Improvement and Proposal Development:
  
• Contribute to process enhancements and proposal writing.
• 
  Ensure Mission Operations and Baseline Stability:
  
• Maintain stability during transition activities.
• 
  Provide Technical Support for Special Projects:
  
• Assist with unique initiatives as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• 
  Education and Experience:
  
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in Infrastructure, Security, or Project Management.
• 
  Technical Skills:
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Server (both local and cloud technologies).
• Familiarity with cloud systems and integration project management.
• 
  Effective Communication:
  
• Ability to communicate clearly in technical and non-technical contexts.

Technical & Management Skills:

• 
  Microsoft Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, GPO Administration
  
• 
  Network Troubleshooting and Cisco Meraki Devices
  
• 
  VMware vSphere
  
• 
  Backup & Replication
  
• 
  Storage Area Networks (SAN) and ESXi Hosts
  
• 
  Windows Server Administration and Office 365 End User Support
  
• 
  Knowledge of OT Environment in the Wine Industry (e.g., SCADA)
  
• 
  Project Management Training (e.g., Prince2/Agile)
