As they embark on the ideation phase for an AI-based intake tool, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead this transformative project.


Role Summary: The AI-Based Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our idea management process. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and drive the creation of an intuitive AI tool that streamlines idea intake, fosters transparency, and enables scalability.


Responsibilities:

• 
  High-Level Requirements Gathering: Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) across various departments (medical, regulatory, clinical, etc.) to understand their needs and pain points related to idea intake.
• 
  Scoping and Defining Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to define high-level requirements for the AI-based intake tool. Understand the end-to-end process and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• 
  Transparency and Visibility: Ensure that the tool provides transparency into the idea submission process, allowing stakeholders to track progress and outcomes.
• 
  Scalability: Design the tool with scalability in mind, accommodating a growing volume of ideas and users.
• 
  Efficiency Enhancement: Identify bottlenecks in the current manual process and propose AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows.
• 
  SDLC Understanding: Own the requirements documentation and work closely with development teams throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• 
  Autonomous Work: Operate independently while moving the project forward.
• 
  Business Stakeholder Value: Collaborate with C-level executives, translating ideas.

Qualifications:

• 
  Solid Medical/Pharma Experience: Prior experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry is essential. Familiarity with industry-specific processes and terminology is a must.
• 
  Business Acumen: Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders, understand their strategic goals, and align the AI tool's features accordingly.
• 
  Analytical Mindset: Proficient in analyzing complex processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• 
  Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate conversations with SMEs and translate requirements effectively.
• 
  Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across virtual teams.

Duration: This project is expected to run through the end of the year, with the possibility of renewal based on project success and business impact.
