Job Summary
The Broker Account Manager will manage the client relationship and serve as the liaison between major broker account(s) and home office support departments. They will act as the first point of contact for the broker account(s) ensuring client satisfaction, prompt problem resolution, and strategic support.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison and point of contact for brokers, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with brokers, establishing trust and rapport to become a reliable resource for their needs.
- Collaborate with the home office support team to address and resolve broker inquiries and issues promptly and accurately.
- Assist brokers in navigating internal systems, processes, and resources, providing necessary training and guidance for smooth operations.
- Coordinate with various internal departments, such as implementation, billing, claims, and operations, to ensure efficient and effective support for brokers.
- Proactively communicate important updates, changes, and industry trends to brokers, helping them stay informed and make informed decisions.
- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with brokers to gather feedback, address concerns, and strengthen the relationship between brokers and the home office support team.
- Collaborate with the home office support team on process improvement initiatives, providing insights based on broker feedback and industry best practices.
- Monitor broker performance metrics and analyze data to identify improvement areas or growth opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and market trends to ensure brokers are knowledgeable and compliant with regulations.
