Volt is immediately hiring a Desktop Support Technician in San Diego, CA.

As a Desktop Support Technician you will:
Perform a variety of technical work related to the coordination, control, and maintenance of personal computers within the organization to insure compatibility and integration with IT strategies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
We are in need of a Desktop Support Technician for a long term opportunity in San Diego. This position performs a variety of technical work related to the coordination, control, and maintenance of personal computers within the organization to insure compatibility and integration with IT strategies.
This individual will solve more complex problems and will serve as a mentor to other technical support engineers.
Requirements:
- Experience providing break / fix services for all hardware
- Experience maintaining security defaults as dictated by Information Security.
- Ability to move, add, and make changes to all hardware
- Experience deploying new or cascaded systems.
- Ability to update asset management database.
- Experience installing new hardware and setting up network printers.
