Job Description

Overview:
The Client Operations SVP is responsible for leading the team that handles our client's day-to-day operations and strategy support, reporting into the EVP of Media Operations. The SVP develops and implements processes and best practices to ensure client success. The ability to problem solve and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external client stakeholders is a critical aspect of this role.

This role provides the opportunity to work on a cross agency client that drive business goals and increase efficiency across the agency.

General Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Global Client Lead on SOW Management and compliance, including staff management.
  • Develop and improve processes to ensure data integrity and implement across the agency.
  • Develop ways to automate by being the single POC for defining and driving the build of automated solutions.
    • Define mechanisms and methodologies for measuring and tracking productivity improvements through metrics such as hours, errors, delivery timelines, etc
    • Liaise with the technology department to define infrastructure requirements and enhancements needed to ensure timely and accurate delivery of key reporting.
  • Facilitate Cross Agency and department collaboration at all levels (Strategy Planning, Investment Activation, Analytics, Finance, Legal).
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with company executives.
  • Be the single POC for all matters of contract governance and compliance.
    • Develop the account playbook to bring the client Scope of Work to life for the team.
  • Share ideas and solutions for pain points/problems in processes.
    • Work alongside internal and external teams to develop best practices, enhancements, and tools to improve them.
  • Own the financials for clients, including forecasts, budgets and investments - ensuring that key financial responsibilities are mutually understood and agreed upon.
    • Spearhead reporting for client: Monthly budget tracker/flowcharts or audits.
    • Partner with client finance and follow up with the clients if payments are needed.
  • Project Manage QBR deliverables and support the building of charts and slides for client presentations.
  • Develop team members by coaching, training and identifying areas for growth to reach departmental goal along with their professional goals: best practices, prioritization and accuracy.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, consumer insights or equivalent
  • 12+ years of related experience and 6+ years of management experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups
  • A proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively and work well under pressure to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
  • Communicates effectively, shares information, listens and involves others, clearly conveys ideas in a manner that engages others and helps them understand and retain the message
  • Demonstrated capacity for effective leadership and willingness to assume greater responsibility
  • Proven experience in effectively coaching, developing, and motivating others

Compensation Range: $167,000 - $235,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
