Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a remote contract basis.

Summary:
The Business Analyst will complete business optimization analysis and recommend solutions to improve efficiencies and reduce costs within the organization. This individual supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's system strategy to meet evolving business needs, while providing a strong service to cross-functional stakeholders. The Business Analyst utilizes project management discipline to recommend and facilitate improvements and enhancements to new or existing processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and minimum of 6 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience


• Knowledge of Technical Services domain is required


• Knowledge of Salesforce


• Knowledge of business and systems processes in problem analysis


• Ability to design and manage complex integrations between multiple CRM and ERP systems


• Ability to influence stakeholders by using data and knowledge of systems and processes


• Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously


• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal


• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients


• Experience with reporting platforms like Tableau is preferred


• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud - Service Cloud, Service Logistics, Field Service, Assets/Install Base, Subscriptions, and Spares Management. Knowledge of Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
