Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking a Product/Service Designer to join their team on a 12-month contract. This role is remote, but this person must work EST hours.

Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned, service minded designer to help us envision what a simple, trusted, and connected experience looks like for our customers across spaces & products in health & wellness. As a designer, you will partner closely with product managers and other designers. You will represent & advocate for customers & associates by providing experience design strategy in a defined space and staying involved in the end-to-end process of execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improving digital healthcare experience for customers & associates


• Creating Omni-Channel Customer Journeys


• Presenting & storytelling to get cross-functional engagement & buy-in


• Prioritizing problems and opportunities with stakeholders to make things happen


• Design, present, and deliver the service blueprint


• Discover, visualize, and communicate existing services via research, prototype, journey map, and service blueprint

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands-on service design experience in multi-product ecosystem


• Have work samples for journey mapping & service blueprinting - real work experience


• Can do attitude/Growth mindset: up for challenges

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in healthcare industry


• Experience in understanding & documenting workflows across digital platforms


• Communication Strategy experience


• Digital Product Strategy experience


• Quant and/or qual research skills


• Creative Writing experience


• Digital Marketing experience


• Analytics experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
