Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is looking for a Technical Program Manager for a client in Lehi, UT.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the successful delivery and execution of multiple projects ensuring tangible business value and outcomes


• As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead programs to design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions


• Work with stakeholders and multiple, skilled engineers and development teams to deliver releases ensuring technical integrity


• Work closely with cross-functional teams of business analysts, designers, data engineers and QA (Quality Assurance) to ensure delivery against product roadmap


• Identify risks, issues, and problems and escalate as appropriate, proposing mitigation plans to overcome obstacles


• Technical Program Manager will identify opportunities for usability testing and drive execution, measuring and report results


• Build and maintain relationships across organizations, with teams, and individuals

REQUIREMENTS:

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed


• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
