Job Description:

Our client, a prestigious investment bank, is seeking a temporary Office Coordinator for their office in Richmond, VA for ~4 months!


About the Job:

• Daily stocking of snacks, beverages, and other supplies in all break rooms and hospitality areas.


• Daily loading and unloading of break room dishwashers.


• Daily cleaning of coffee machines and equipment; Monthly refrigerator cleanouts.


• Regular stocking of printing and office supplies in copy rooms and printer areas.


• Daily tidying and cleaning of conference rooms, as well as assisting with event setup and breakdown.


• Performing computer-based administrative work

About You:

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong team-oriented mindset.


• Capability to work effectively in a professional setting.


• Ability to carry or lift boxes/items weighing up to 50 pounds.


• Expertise in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.


• Ability to learn building management systems.

About the Position:

• Pays $20/hr


• Temporary from May to September


• 100% onsite in Richmond, VA.


• Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm.
