Technical Support at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Junior IT Resouce / IT Assistant in downtown Chicago (Loop area). Schedule is a standard, 40-hour work week (Monday-Friday) working 8AM-5PM.




Duties & Responsibilities:

• Replace faulty/missing equipment in all offices/desk


• Complete AV checks (monitor turned on, responsive TC, connection status)


• Unbox equipment


• Ship equipment


• Recertify computer


• Image computers

Soft Skills:

• Must have strong communication skills (verbal & written).


• Must be able to provide white-glove support to leadership, stakeholders, and various business units.


• Must act in a professional and service-focused manner (strong customer-service attitude).

Qualifications:

• Open to candidates with IT internship experience (ideally targeting 1+ year of tech support experience).


• Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
