Location/Division Specific Information




We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a consistent track record in warehouse management. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including logistics coordination, team supervision, work order fulfillment, and process optimization over two shifts. You and your team will be working inside and outside of a cleanroom on a regular basis.



A day in the Life:



  • Oversee and handle all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.

  • Develop and implement efficient strategies to optimize warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

  • Coordinate with other departments, such as MFG, R&D, NPI, Purchasing and Engineering to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.

  • Train, supervise, and mentor warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to improve their productivity and performance.

  • Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate warehouse performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with transportation providers to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline warehouse processes and maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity.


Keys to Success:





Education




  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.



Experience




Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.




Knowledge, Skills, Abilities




  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.

  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standard methodologies in warehouse operations.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as the need arises.
