Technical Test Lead at Infosys Limited in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Technical Test Lead. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boston, MA or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
Senior QA Engineer with atleast 4+ years of experience in test methodologies such as GUI, Functional, Regression, System Integration, Acceptance, Database, End-to-End and ETL testing

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong technical competency and experience with web applications, web services, Java, Postman, unit-testing, shell-scripting, and Linux systems.
Experience working with API Performance test tools like JUNIT/JMeter.
Experience with CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins & other tools.
Experience with unit testing, test-driven development, load, and performance testing using JMeter.
Hands on Exposure to Banking/Financial Services/Payment
At least 4 years of experience with preparing and giving client presentations, able to focus on and collect client technical requirements and translate these to project requirements
At least 4 years of experience in relational databases
At least 4 years of experience Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
Experience in Java, Python, Kafka is a big plus.
Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise way.
Experience developing as part of Agile/Scrum team is preferred.
Ability to deliver on multiple projects and manage priorities based on changing directions.
Highly driven, resourceful and results oriented.
Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate through ambiguity.
Experience in Payments or B2B products is preferred.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
