Customer Service Coordinator ($18-$21/hour) at Roth Staffing Companies in White Bear Lake, Minnesota

Job Description:

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm


Pay: $18-21/hour


Job Duties:


* Managing emails and responding appropriately


* Perform follow-up calls to recent customers


* Answer incoming calls to provide information, schedule appointments and receive customer information


* Provide accurate cost estimates to customers


* Document the emails/calls in an appropriate manner


* Handle customer complaints and concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards


Requirements:


* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required


* Excellent written and oral communication skills


* Proficient with Microsoft Office


* Looking for somebody that has great attention to detail


* One to two years of related experience
