Temporary DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed to cover for a 3-6 months in Costa Mesa. This is an IN OFFICE role. Not a remote role.
This is an on-site, part-time assignment for an estimated duration of 3 months. The selected
individual will be expected to work between 3-5 hours per day, 15-25 hours per week between
the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Schedule is flexible and dependent upon candidate
availability
Ideal Candidates will have:
Experience providing excellent telephone etiquette and customer service
Experience with electronic filing systems and databases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro
Example of Duties:
* Contacts customers by phone to verify information found in database in order to correctly apply payments; conducts research when customer information is inaccurate or missing.
* Enters work orders in electronic system to notify staff of needed work.
* Collects inspection field pictures and information and enters into electronic database.
* Electronically files documents following proper naming conventions and file structures.
* Drafts and mails letters out to customers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Three years of increasingly responsible clerical, secretarial, and routine administrative support experience, ideally in a construction or engineering setting.
