We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a client in Fremont. This can be a temp-to-hire role based on performance. Hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. The position is 100% onsite.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following job duties:
Provide administrative support for internal departments.
Customer Service for both internal partners and clients.
Run and format reports.
Data entry.
Scheduling.
Send out communiations to internal teams.
Support business processes.
Plan, organizae and prioritize activities to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
Strong Microsoft Office Skills, including Excel.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3+ years of Administrative experience.
