Position: Receiving Clerk

On-Site Position: Logan, UT

Work Schedule

You have the option to choose between working a 9/80 or 5/8 schedule.

• 9/80 Schedule: 9-hour days- Every other Friday off
• 5/8 Schedule: 8-hour days - Monday through Friday

Summary:

The Receiving Clerk receives incoming material and maintains accurate records of material transactions. Once the product is off the truck product should be received. Your contributions will help us continue our journey towards Winning as One: One company. One team. One purpose. One plan. One culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Receiving incoming inventory effectively and efficiently.
• Use all means necessary to determine whether the product is correct. This will include referencing Packing Lists, working with CFT, Purchasing, and Doc Control.
• Communicate Non-Conformances and record in Inoquote.
• Understand and be able to navigate Manex and Inoquote systems.
• Escalate issues and disposition those issues correctly.
• Ensure parts are labeled correctly (quantities and P/N).
• A clean handoff to inventory.
• Filing the end-of-day report with all packing list in filing cabinet, review as time permits; this is not to interfere with receiving of product.
• Occasional overtime will be required.

• Must be Lawful US Persons (US Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, Political Asylee or Refuge. This position requires the use of information that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. We can not provide sponsorship.
• Must be able to work onsite, this is not a remote or hybrid position.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance
• High school diploma or GED
• 1 – 3 years related work experience (preferred)
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• High level of attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication
• Work well in team environment
• Receiving Thru-put
• NCR accuracy
