We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Solution Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Solution Marketing Manager will oversee the success of various marketing initiatives, including developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to drive awareness of new client solutions and generate leads, creative writing/content strategies, and tradeshow/event management. A successful candidate will have a proven background in marketing, with expertise in product or solution marketing and digital marketing strategies. You should be creative, results-driven, and possess excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. This is a fast-paced role that requires the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns to drive new product and solution awareness and generate leads working with industry-leading technology partners
Fully utilize the Hubspot marketing stack to successfully plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns: creative development/design, list development/segmentation, personas development, workflow automation, campaign/calendar management, etc.
Develop and execute content strategies across various channels, including our website, blogs, and email marketing campaigns
Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
Propose new ideas and concepts for marketing initiatives, coordinating with the sales team and our strategic technology partners to produce effective strategies
Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to maintain industry awareness to help guide marketing strategies and tactics across key markets and verticals
Provide copywriting/editing as needed for marketing collateral, digital advertising, social media, blog posts, and PR
Plan and execute client-facing events from concept to completion, including venue search, vendor management, AV, corporate gifts, speakers/entertainment sourcing, invitations/RSVP, signage, and logistics, etc.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Must have experience and excellent working knowledge of Hubspot Marketing Automation and at least some experience in Salesforce
Must have strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external technology partners
Must have strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and channels
Must demonstrate an extreme attention to detail and ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively to produce measurable results
Must be fully proficient in MS Office (especially Powerpoint), and demonstrate experience and moderate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Must be comfortable working independently and (often autonomously, if remote) in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while efficiently and effectively managing competing priorities
Must have Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years in progressive B2B marketing communication roles, specifically in a product or solution marketing role. Audiovisual industry or technology industry is a major plus!
Domestic travel will vary throughout the year, but can be up to 10-15%
