Your role :




  • You act as the functional HR/IT Business Analyst and Solution Designer for all HR/IT Absence- & Time Management related topics mainly US and Canada


  • You align business demands and processes with our IT strategy and consult the business accordingly while acting as the subject matter expert within the respective portfolio element


  • You will translate the business demands into IT service requirements and ensure proper implementation of your solution design following our IT service management- and IT compliance framework


  • You think about the 'big picture', considering end-to-end processess and identify cross-topic dependencies


  • You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service management teams and drive related activities




Your expertise :




  • You hold a bachelor or master degree in a subject related to information technology or business administration


  • You have a minimum of 3-5 year's experience with SAP HCM Solutions - in depth time-management






  • You have a thorough understanding of Absence- & Time Management related processes with focus on US and Canada specific regulations and respective IT solutions / integrations


  • You are experienced working in international and interdisciplinary HR/IT related projects


  • You have a good knowledge of managing IT service providers


  • You are familiar with and understand the compliance requirements as they pertain to IT projects in the healthcare industry
