Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)
Salary: $36 - $40 per hour

Augustana Apartments, an assisted living campus with memory care units and independent living options in Minneapolis, is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team. In addition to generous benefits, we’re offering a $7,500 Bonus! In this position, you will assess new and current residents to create care plans. As a leader, you will consult with the care team to educate, care, document, and recommend any necessary changes for our residents to help them live their best lives.

Our building is located on the bus line in the heart of the historic Elliot Park Neighborhood; we are just four blocks east of US Bank Stadium. We offer free parking and staff have easy access to various public transportation options.

This is a Full-Time, benefit-eligible position.
Shift: Day, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, and rotation for every 3rd weekend.

Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) responsibilities:

• Assess new and current residents to make care plans; will utilize 6790 rate forms.
• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) skills and requirements:

• Current Minnesota RN license required.
• Supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
