As a Physical Therapist at Midtown Oaks, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our skilled maintenance and long-term care programs, helping our residents achieve their highest level of physical function and independence.

Position: Physical Therapist

Location: Midtown Oaks Post Acute, Midtown

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement physical therapy programs tailored to the individual needs of our residents.


• Assess residents' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans.


• Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care plans.


• Document progress and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.


• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Physical Therapy.


• Experience working with geriatric populations preferred but not required.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
