The Senior Manager Marketplace (HO) - International Fulfillment Services will be part of a strong team to lay the foundation for future growth for Walmart's global marketplace strategy. In this role, you will develop a global seller experience for our Walmart Fulfillment Services and cross border shipping programs around the world. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and supply chain teams globally to ensure we have the best services for our sellers and customers to ship products fast and cost effectively.


You will be responsible for the management and delivery of a global product roadmap involving stakeholders from around the world. You will understand the needs of global sellers and local markets, gathering and prioritizing inputs as part of the global roadmap and deliver on the highest value priorities to accelerate growth globally. As capabilities become technically enabled, you will lead go-to-market plans to ensure successful operationalization. You will problem solve complex and ambiguous challenges, working collaboratively across a diverse stakeholder group to meet the needs of the customer.



Key Focus Areas:

• Work with cross functional stakeholder group to manage global programs
  
  


• Work with product and engineering teams to build a global seller experience for WFS and cross border shipping solutions
  
  


• Represent international priorities and inputs for global product roadmaps for WFS and cross border shipping
  
  


• Develop and implement global standards for WFS operations
  
  


• Problem solve and remove roadblocks to make it easier for sellers to use WFS in all markets
  
  


• Support new markets in launching WFS capabilities, including initial launch and new features
  
  


• Ensure international markets stay at feature and capability parity with the US
  
  


• Work with the US to launch global features from day 1 for WFS and cross border shipping

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel, Merchandising, or related area.
  
  


• MBA highly preferred
  
  


• 2 years of international marketplace growth experience
  
  


• 2 year of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
  
  


• 2+ years of experience working in a large, complex, matrixed organization
  
  


• 2+ years of experience of Strategic Planning
  
  

• Diverse experiences supporting retail, CPG, supply chain, sourcing, and/or M/A activities
  
  


• Experience working in Fortune 100 finance
  
  


• Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
  
  


• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
  
  


• Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency
  
  


• Comfort with ambiguity

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
