Job Description:

Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Layout: Create visually appealing designs for various print and digital media,
including brochures, flyers, banners, websites, and social media graphics. Develop layouts and
compositions that effectively communicate the intended message and align with the brand
guidelines.
2. Web Design & Maintenance: Contribute to the ongoing design, development, and functionality
of the organization's multiple websites. Work with other web designers to ensure our websites are
up-to-date with the latest features, technologies, and content. Collaborate with content creators,
designers, and various other stakeholders to implement website improvements.
3. File & Asset Management: Contribute to the organization and management of a wide variety of
creative assets including naming conventions, version control, and file sharing.
4. Photo & Video Production: Contribute to the production process for various photo or video
projects and participate in the development of photo/video creative assets and deliverables..
5. Project Management & Campaign Management: Provide effective leadership or ownership of
various projects or assigned marketing campaigns that fall within the Marketing Specialists
specific skillset or areas of responsibility.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
