Job Summary:
To perform a variety of duties required to maintain exterior cleanliness and ensure the property is kept in a safe and attractive condition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Walk the property removing litter, debris, and pet droppings.Perform "trash-out" duties at vacated apartments. Pick-up and sweep dumpster area.Detail property on regular basis. Check and replace exterior lighting.Clean and maintain pool and/or spa.Repair and replace windows, screens, sliding glass doors, etc. Shovel snow, plow and salt or use ice melt, as needed.Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways and stairwells as needed.Assist with "make-ready" duties when requested.Distribute resident communicationsPerform work area clean-up and safety-related duties.
