Esta posición es para turno de día con horarios típicos de tienda entre lunes y viernes de 6 a.m. a 6 p.m., sábado de 8 a.m. a 12 p.m. y cerrado los domingos

Como Asociado de Ventas de Tiendas Minoristas, usted será la razón por la que nuestros clientes regresen a la tienda. ¡Los clientes estarán encantados de ver su cara amigable debido al excelente servicio al cliente que brinda y las importantes relaciones que desarrolla con nuestros clientes regulares y nuevos todos los días! Ayudará a los clientes con todas las necesidades relacionadas con la pintura, incluida la realización de pedidos, preguntas sobre productos y colores, y la recomendación de productos adicionales para facilitar su trabajo.

Principales responsabilidades del asociado de ventas de tiendas minoristas

• Saludar y evaluar las necesidades de los clientes a medida que entran en la tienda y ofrecen soluciones


• Mezclar, teñir y combinar la pintura a petición del cliente


• Sugerir y vender productos adicionales, como cepillos, rodillos y cinta adhesiva


• Asegúrese de que la tienda esté siempre limpia y abastecida con pintura y otros productos de la tienda


• Procesar pedidos y solicitudes de pagos en persona, por teléfono, en línea y por correo electrónico


• Utilizará el sistema POS para recibir pagos y retirar clientes


• Reportando al gerente de la tienda

• Habilidades de servicio al cliente con un enfoque orientado al equipo e historial laboral estable


• Debe tener al menos 18 años de edad


• Debe tener una licencia de conducir válida de categoría ¾ de Puerto Rico, sin restricciones y un historial de manejo aceptable


• Disponible para trabajar en horarios minoristas flexibles, incluidas las noches, los fines de semana, los días festivos y las posibles horas extras


• Le pedimos que pueda agacharse, arrodillarse, agacharse, levantar y cargar hasta 80 libras periódicamente y 50 libras regularmente
