Summary:


Senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing an Integrated Supply Chain strategy for FFS Americas. Driving profitable growth for the company, developing competitive advantages, capabilities around people, processes, and systems to create high performance and team-based culture, aligned with the organization long terms plans and objectives. This role encompasses Strategic planning and sourcing, material forecasting, procurement, master scheduling, Inventory management, logistics, distribution, demand fulfillment and customer satisfaction.


Job Responsibilities:


1.  Plans and directs all aspects of the organization's supply chain policies, objectives, and initiatives
2.  Innovation: Drive supply chain innovation, exploring new technologies, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
3. Developing and Building Teams —Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members to develop a well-balanced team that can support the future needs of the business.
4.  Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and minimizing potential disruptions.
5.  Streamline processes maximizing supply chain profitability, and ensuring effective use of resources and budget allocation.
6.  Develops and oversees the division planning strategy to improve network effectiveness, and efficiency leveraging all assets and tools across the division to contribute with profitable growth, ensure customer satisfaction and aligned with organizational objectives.
7.  Build with the team and oversees the logistic strategy for the division, defining cost reduction strategies by optimizing logistic processes such as inventory policies, warehousing, distribution and transportation functions, safeguarding the business unit operation and customer satisfaction.
8.  Direct the team and the operations for receiving, shipping, and distributing supplies, raw materials, work in process finished products, equipment’s, supplies, intercompany products, import/export process, and inventory accuracy & reliability.
9. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners such as Operations, sales, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment, efficient communication and to provide efficient and effective options to external and internal customers.
10.  Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance, to allow data driven decision making and drive continuous improvement.
11.  Serves as primary conduit for fostering a work environment consistent with company philosophy and objectives


Experience:


Describe the experience required:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Supply chain/Operations management, with progressive leadership roles.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in plastics processing or similar field.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to align and work with cross functional peers and teams. Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships
• Demonstrated team facilitation skills and success in implementing process improvements in conjunction with employee work teams.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize workload. Must demonstrate strong decision-making skills, sound judgment and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.
• Change Management, Project Management, Continuous Improvement background. Proven track record of success in driving business growth
• Ability to lead, motivate, select, train and instruct personnel.
• Experience with supply chain software and technologies.
• Advance proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
• Budgetary planning experience.
