Job Summary:
As a Quality Technician, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures and collaborating closely with our production team to uphold our commitment to excellence. Your meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills will contribute directly to our success in delivering superior products to our customers.

Job Duties:


  • Test products and services, analyze results and make recommendations for improvements
  • Ensure products and services meet specifications
  • Use of required gaging instruments and the application of such instruments
  • Manage, maintain, rebuild and repair gaging equipment per the standards as needed
  • Run and monitor inspection equipment (gages, etc.) to record and analyze quality data
  • Purchase gaging supplies and equipment as needed
  • Understand and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Recommend modifications to standards, methods and procedures
  • Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
  • Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
  • Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Perform work under general supervision
  • Handle moderately complex issues and problems.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of subject matter

  • Basic verbal and written communication skills

  • Advanced use of required gaging instruments and the application of such instruments
