Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking a Project Manager to join the Team!

The Project Manager will be in support of submarine Imaging, Electronic Warfare, Communication, Antennas, and Special Projects Systems which includes acquisition program management, in-service management, financial/budgetary planning and execution, and internal information technology and information assurance processes and procedures.

Specific Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain draft project management plans, definitized tasking documentation, and cost estimates to address program objectives.
• Document project scope, project objectives and requirements, and overall funding profile.
• Conduct analyses of forecasted budgets against project objectives and requirements, cost, schedule, and technical risks, and clearly defined, critical unfunded efforts.
• Compile and summarize project cost documentation to include estimated costs.
• Provide services in support of the development and refinement of Departmental business processes, specifically around financial practices for all projects.
• Assemble, enter, and update project planning data (into ERP or other NAVSEA Warfare Center Financial Information System).
• Create and maintain Project Structures and associated elements and data attributes within ERP or other NAVSEA Warfare Center Financial Information System.
• Prepare, update, and maintain analyses of the department's Reimbursable Authority and Carryover projections.
• Provide impact analysis related to Program Budgets and Project Plans baselines.
• Maintain an historical, electronic file of the project management documentation generated concurrent with performing tasks.
• Responsible for the delivery of Project and Program Management Assessments and Analyses.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in project management for engineering and technical programs.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Tableau, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio
• Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook skills.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Project Management Institute, Masters in Business and Administration (PMI-MBA) certification
• Project Management Institute Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) (or equivalent) certification.
• Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM)
