About the job:

Veradigm is looking for a versatile Business Operations Manager who will lead the development of strategic product plans and their alignment with our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Finance partners, you will identify growth opportunities, monitor business health, shape roadmap development, and execute high-priority initiatives. Through rigorous analysis of key metrics, customer feedback, and industry trends, you will provide strategic insights and recommendations, influencing decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the company, actively engaging in productive discussions to inform and shape business strategy while promoting alignment and synergy.
  • Translate business requirements into product-specific designs and configurations, detailed requirement specifications, and use cases, providing accurate and timely information and notifications as required, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  • Drive operational efficiency by proactively automating and enhancing processes, tools, and dashboards that can scale effectively, optimizing productivity and resource utilization.
  • Develop comprehensive and insightful reports and proposals for strategic decision-making, operational change, and investment, presenting compelling insights and recommendations to drive organizational success.
  • Act as a proficient project manager for cross-functional teams, facilitating the implementation of recommendations to address weaknesses and capitalize on opportunities, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Exhibit exceptional decision-making abilities in managing operational processes independently, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

About You:

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Consulting, Finance, or another analytical role
  • Proven track record of leadership with a minimum of 3 years experience as a people manager, demonstrating the ability to effectively mentor other business operations managers and analysts.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management, with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with individuals at all levels of the organization, facilitating alignment and influencing action through clear and compelling communication.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Adept at working both independently and collaboratively to achieve common goals.
  • Highly skilled in data analysis and interpretation, leveraging tools such as SQL, Salesforce, and Excel to transform complex data into actionable insights. Proficient in querying and scoping data, conducting thorough analysis, summarizing findings using pivot tables, charts, and slides, and producing comprehensive reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and subscription financial software, with a preference for expertise in Zuora, highlighting the ability to navigate and leverage key tools essential to the role.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS-based environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of cloud-based technologies and operational workflows.
  • Healthcare sector experience, providing valuable insight into the unique challenges and regulatory requirements of the industry.
  • Proficient in PowerBI or Tableau, showcasing advanced skills in data visualization and analysis to drive informed decision-making.
