Job Description:

The Housing Authority of the City of Perth Amboy, located in Middlesex County, New Jersey is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Director of Staff Operations. The Authority administers 1500+ tenant based and project-based vouchers, which includes 360 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) units under direct property management. The ideal candidate will have seven to ten years of progressively responsible experience and success in administering affordable housing programs, with at least five years at a supervisory program manager level. A bachelor's degree in management, business, public administration or related field from an accredited college or university is required.
